Update readme

Hey Alex, Just wondering if you should update the readme to say this is outdated and to get your other binding from the monotouch-bindings repo?

I say this is outdated because it would crash on launch on iOS5. Not sure if its bindings issue or actual library issue, but the monotouch-bindings repo version works on iOS5 and makes a slightly larger dll.
