If you have a scroll in the windows, press keydown move the entire window.

Thanks. Before I go any further, please try replacing all @keydown.arrow-up.prevent and @keydown.arrow-down.prevent with @keydown.arrow-up.stop.prevent and @keydown.arrow-up.stop.prevent. Let me know if that solves your issue :)
