Request: Please provide a new release

The current release tag, v1 dates back to May 15, 2011. We were trying to use the mail parser in an extension to handle bounce - BounceHandler for MediaWiki. It would be great if we have some static release tags rather than master to checkout using composer.

It would also be appropriate for this project to be listed at packagist.org directly. Today the only easy way to get this library via composer is to use the forked version which only changes the package name https://packagist.org/packages/floriansemm/official-library-php-email-parser
