Textures showing up incorrectly in the Source 2013 MP Hammer Editor #45

Textures shown in the browser within hammer have incorrect previews.

For example "tile/floor_tile_reflect" shows up as the "tile/floor_tilered01", but when applied in Hammer it shows up as a "NoDraw" texture

If the map is compiled the "tile/floor_tilered01" texture shows up in game but with the incorrect properties.

For example when "tile/floor_tilered01" shows up in game but when the player attempts to walk on the texture they will fall through it and an audio effect for water will play.
