Issue: Dialogues sending duplicate/triplicate messages

When sending or replying to a dialogue, duplicate messages (and in screenshot triplicate) messages being sent. Happens when both students and teachers send messages. Does not occur with every message. Unable to replicate situation where it does.

sounds strange! - can you please confirm the Moodle version and the dialogue plugin you are using - are the users using the back button and triggering a post of the previous data? - I don't think this is likely to be something I'll have time to work on as a volunteer, but if you have internal development capabilities and manage to track it down feel free to fire through a pull request!
