Any chances of getting an update to Elm 0.19.1?

I don't really work with Elm anymore so don't know when I'll have time to look into this but if you convert it to 19.1 and send a PR I'll happily publish it

I have quickly checked the example and it works with elm 0.19.1. The only thing I had to do was updating the elm.json file!
