Context

VPS have had historically issues with IPFS, issues seems to be solved by setting IPFS in mode server. This mode should be enabled by default in the IPFS package when installing dappnode on VPS.

Approach

Set in the Github action a new release for IPFS in mode server (ipfs.dnp.dappnode.eth_0.2.15_linux-amd64.txz), to be used by VPS. This IPFS mode server should be added to the installer and triggered by a flag like --server
