Hello,
I bought a Zigbee dongle, and I want to flash it to install new firmware for multi-PAN (RCP). I downloaded the CP210x Windows Drivers to recognize my dongle in Chrome when I connect it.
However, on the website https://www.silabs.com/developer-tools/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers?tab=downloads, when I click on "Connect," it correctly recognizes the dongle. Then, I select it and click "Connect," but I get a error msg bellow, i add also the log file from the website. Can you help me please
