No error in CFE when extension type call getter is implicitly invoked

This issue is derieved from the test mentioned in #55803 (comment). The following code produces an errors in the analyzer but works in CFE.

extension type BET(Null _) {
  int Function(int) get call => (int x) => x;
}

extension type BERT(int Function(int) call) {}

main() {
  BET(null)(42); // Analyzer erorr: invocation_of_non_function_expression
  BERT((int x) => x)(42); // Analyzer erorr: invocation_of_non_function_expression
}

According to the #55803 (comment) there should be an error in the CFE as well.
