I cant download firmwares anymore.
My 4q is at 21.21.0 and my backlight isnt working.
When i try to update via the q software, it gets stuck at 50% for hours.
I have tried 3 times with the same result.
It reaches 50% within a minute, and is stuck there.
I dont know how long the backlight havnt been working, maybe years.
