[bug] Databend returns incorrect result for some TPCDS queries with sf=1

After merging pr: #17449

we can use validate scripts to check tpcds result with duckdb's tpcds extention

• TPCDS SF=1 Q38 fixed in fix(query): fix left semi optimize to inner join #17458
• TPCDS SF=1 Q39 fixed in fix(query): fix left semi optimize to inner join #17458
• TPCDS SF=1 Q69 fixed in fix(query): tpcds q69 fail #17516
• TPCDS SF=1 spill test are skipped, cause some query return incorrect results
