Cloud Repo and setup instructions

Since all workshops are to be taught on the cloud, we need a repo that addresses this perhaps? This changes how we think about setup instructions. The way I have thought about this is that we still tell folks to setup their computers (as a backup, and for when they are on their own) but since we want them to learn cloud, we need to address this somewhere.

Has RStudio Cloud integration been considered? It's essentially an RStudio server hosed by RStudio and it tremendously improves the initial experience of working and teaching in R. How?

• Students do not have to install R, RStudio, or R packages
• The instructor is able to share RStudio projects with students, removing the need for students to download course content
• Instructor can easily distribute content to students' and review it

Lots of information is provided on the Cloud Guide https://rstudio.cloud/learn/guide. The section titled "Using Private Spaces in Courses and Workshops" might be useful for instructors that would like to split students' into small (3-5 people) groups.
