BACKGROUND: Currently, users must navigate to various locations to complete the optimization: navigate to the drive for updating customer_data, each scenario folder for updating the config, the Output folder to get the result, each scenario manual-edit folder for completing manual edits. It all works fine, but a more streamlined approach would be neater.
REQUEST: Consolidate each scenario and scenario-manual-edits folders such that the config file and all manual edit materials are in a given scenario folder.

This is mostly about when manual edits are regularly used
