It is not clear that more information is available on scroll (Landing page on desktop)

I'd like to see a 'scroll for more info' or reduced bottom margin. When I first skimmed through the site, I didn't realize there was more info if I scrolled.

This is could be a separate but related issue: it would be great to have bookmark links for each element on the home page (e.g. https://justicedivided.com/#map or what-not).
