sauvegarder que les tables vote_datan et user
pour se préparer à RGPD il faudrait utiliser https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/encryption-functions.html#function_aes-decrypt pour la table user
Faire script qui envoie par e-mail ou save sur un autre serveur
