Attempting to use the default usage is resulting in an error. Can you advise on how to properly use this library?

This is my usage:

description = 'New description for #1.' $time_entry->save(); ?>

And the error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/smilingp/public_html/toggl/TogglTest.php on line 7

i've got the same issue...
commenting out that line will fail in finding functions.
do i have to add some path?
