Browser opening to the installjava8 page is confusing users

Expected Behavior

Users should install java 8 when their computer doesn't have it already.

Actual Behavior

Users just see the browser open to a random page and don't understand what to do.

Rather than immediately redirecting users to the java download page, we should have a page that tells users what the issue is and has them click a button to take them to the actual java download page.
