If i have Topic 3 As the parent of Topic 4 the left nav menu does not update.

Screenshot showing Section 4 is not inside Section 3 on the Moodle left nav:

Hi! Have you checked the patch? If it's okay any chance getting that into your next release? We just had one teacher complaining about this. :) Thanks!
