I'm no longer in a capacity to maintain this library.

This is a public request for new maintainers, who could potentially also sponsor statistic plugin for sidekiq.

Some ideas what you need to do

  • Fix bugs from issues
  • Update library for latest sidekiq version
  • Release

Also, I have some ideas for the future direction:

  • Different adapters for worker history (like PG, saas, mongoDB, etc).

@davydovanton - I can help maintain this gem. I'm blocked on #114 and would love to get this out

EDIT 6/19/2018: We've stopped using this gem after running into the memory leaks documented in #73, so if you ever get back to this, I am probably no longer the right person to help maintain this project anymore

@drn What have you choose instead? We are currently switching from Resque to SQ and trying to duplicate current "stack" where we had this kind of statistics.

@schovi - Unfortunately we don't use an alternative. These statistics are more of a nice-to-have than a necessity for our system, so we just removed the functionality completely. Sorry I don't have any more useful info!
That said, highly recommend sticking to the switch from Resque to Sidekiq - we're seeing significantly higher throughput having gone through the same transition.
