Create main read me that has steps of both plugins #1

Currently there are two plugins here: https://github.com/daytonaio/backstage-plugins/tree/main/plugins and you need both to install backstage.

To make it easier for users we should also have a singular readme with instructions on the on the main readme.

@zzorica has more info if needed
