Payload not working when switching keyboard layout

I wanted to switch keyboard layout to the Swedish version, followed all the steps.
Because when I executed a payload, where it went on to youtube to play a video it totally messed up the URL and put åäö which are swedish letters. Which means that the payload didnt work properly, once i switched the payload wont do anything at all. I would really appreciate help on this. Maybe i switched the layout in the wrong way.

Please get debug serial logs so we can look at the issue. Info on how to do that here
