Unable to connect to Snowflake Account hosted in EU Ireland region using DbT core from Local PC

we are unable to connect to Snowflake Account hosted in EU Ireland region using DbT core from Local PC
have tried multiple values for account , still no luck i dont think the connection is even reaching the account
FYI, PC is in America where as SF account is hosted in EU Ireland , any help would be appreciated
