problems on jekyll 3

there are many problems in jekyll 3
1- when running server or build :
Build Warning: Layout 'nil' requested in atom.xml does not exist.
Build Warning: Layout 'nil' requested in rss.xml does not exist.
2- when previewing the site, opening any post will drop the whole template
3- when building the site, the whole template gets dropped for the whole site !!!

can you please make these things fixed and also, please make it so that hooligan template from the main website work with this too
