Multi-Team August 1 demo script

Let's use this time to run the TOPMed alignment workflow on the 107 samples as outlined above. Please, full stacks, have Part 1-3 done before the meeting. We can use this meeting time to work on Part 4-5 which looks to automate the running of workflows across stacks with an "orchestrator" using the WES API standard implemented in one or more cloud environments.
