Goals

The goals of the DCPPC May workshop are to build community, to facilitate planned and serendipitous collaboration across teams, and to surface hidden issues around technical and conceptual interoperability.

We would love to have at least 3-5 people from each team and at least 2 people from each of the data stewards. Come join us on May 30-31, share all the great work your team is doing, and be inspired by others in the Commons!

Registration

Please visit this website to register: https://ti.to/dcppc/may-data-commons-workshop

Please note that registration is required to attend.

Agenda

The agenda is in progress. Please open an issue to contribute an idea for a breakout session or main event!

Accessibility

The path to Countway from Huntington Ave. and Brigham Circle is sunken below street level. Wheelchair access between the two locations requires the use of two outdoor elevators. Each elevator has a call box if you need help. You may also call (617) 432-1379.

  • One is on Huntington Ave. near the steps descending from street level to Countway.
  • The other is at the Countway entrance.
  • Even though the building has a lot of stairs, there are elevators to every floor.

Service animals are welcome at Countway.

Childcare

We know that primary caretakers of dependent children face inequitable hurdles when it comes to attending conferences. We are working on providing a list of all resources on site that will address your needs. Feel free to contact Team Copper if you have specific questions or concerns.

Code of Conduct

All members of the Commons are expected to follow the code of conduct. We will enforce this code as needed. We expect cooperation from all members to help to ensure a safe environment for everybody.
