Describe the bug
The user is getting banned but no email being sent to the user.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'admin page'
Click on 'Profiles'
Scroll down to a user and click on 'ban'
The gets banned internally but no email is being sent.

Expected behavior
Email notifying the user of the Ban.

Template used previously app/api/email/templates/confirmation.html
