Sorry, but I have't used this on Windows.

The modules dependencies are also now very outdated. I suggest you go back to the original repository tmfkmoney/mong.socket.io and/or look for a more recent mongodb socket.io adapter that is written to work with socket.io v1 and above. v1 handles adapters differently than 0.9.
