[Feature-Request] Support for Quick scanning

Additional context
Currently, all of the scans does a deep scanning by walking over entire filesystem everytime user scans. Which is required for the first time but becomes overkill in subsequent scans. Major problem here is time taken by scans.

Work Items
Add a ways to perform quick scans for all t+n scans (n >0, t=time).
