Confusion about "roadmap" publication due to past expectations.

Suggestion from the community to resolve confusion about what this document is by clarifying that:
A) The large contractors (C0, Eeter, Raedah Group, C1, Ditto) did NOT participate in this document and plan to propose ideas via Politeia rather than use the roadmap going forward.
B) This isn't a roadmap, roadmaps are designed to show where the project is going, this is "Planned Contributions from Independent Contractors"

If the recently published independent contractor roadmap gets many complaints like this, the best comm strategy I see is to publish a follow-up post addressing all concerns and explaining what was not clear in the original publication.

Having a clarification I feel would give more "ammo". if more people complain about the same I am open to having a post addressing this.
