Because we serve everything using Github Pages, and hosting using browser router is not working very well after refresh, we want to ensure that app pages will work.

Converting to hash router will solve the problem, but we might want to revisit the problem in the future, either with custom 404.html page, or maybe some clever page rules using Cloudflare.
