Feature Request - Setting to set the scrollbar position to bottom of the visual

I'm using Deneb to create a Skyline Chart.
As for this chart type, the content is from bottom up. That could cause to show no content as scrolling to the bottom of the visual is required.

It would help if a setting is available that sets the scrolling of the visual to the bottom.
