Set up an automated CI pipeline to:

Run all test cases upon each commit and on pull requests to the main branch.
Automatically create a new release when merging to the main branch, simplifying the release process.

Goal: Streamline the testing and release processes, ensuring stable releases and minimizing manual intervention.
