awx_settings resouce not working #68

I tried creating some saml resource using
resource "awx_settings" but it didn't do anything. Is it woking or better if you have an example for that

I am doing something like this

  name  = "SOCIAL_AUTH_SAML_ENABLED_IDPS"
  value = file("./files/${var.environment}.json")
}```

bit no resource is getting created
