What happened?

occasionally while signing in on android I'm seeing black screens with error messaging. on a repeated attempt sign in is typically successful

Specs:

• Device: google pixel 4a
• OS:
• User Account:
• Accessibility State: large state (may not be relevant)

Steps to Reproduce

• sign in, see if you get the error

Desired behavior

any sign in error messaging to user should have useful information
