Group dependency update in Monorepo.

How would I go about to group a dependency update for all packages in a mono repo?

Just as described in this issue(that was closed once the grouping keyword was released): #2137

As far as I understand, only grouping based on dependency names or versions is possible. So, it would be possible to either always update all dependencies for all projects in a single PR or specifically define a group for a package.

I maintain a library mono repo, so it is important that the same dependency always has the same version across all packages.
