Next Steps

1. Harmonize ordinance column names
2. Update all the c3 -> c4 queries accordingly
3. Reorder columns in metadata (they get propagated to BQ) and BQ queries
4. Update Tableau (high priority stuff only unless the other stuff is super easy.)
   1. high priority: fix projects queries to use new PK
   2. high priority: check new offshore stuff works
   3. low priority: update ordinance viz and tooltips w/ NREL/Columbia designation
   4. low priority: remove unused filters
   5. low priority: add energy community filters or viz
5. Update LBNL
