For travis it needs to switch config for DB from default to test somehow
any ideas?

Also add docs on how to setup e.g. PHPStorm hooks etc.

For DB if i understand well that can not be achieve through :

  • change in file with a bash script
  • or with a .env ?
  • or by grabing the local conf somewhere on the internet and set up a verification rule ?
