The bokeh HelpTool has been repurposed to redirect users to the Nightwatch Q&A on the DESI wiki when they click the question mark button next to plots. However, in the instance at NERSC, clicking the button opens links to the wiki and tabs to the bokeh online documentation. This does not occur with the same plots at KPNO, suggesting a problem with the newer bokeh version.

Will treat this as a low-priority ticket to be addressed after the bokeh versions at KPNO and NERSC are synchronized.
