These match thousands of open issues.

This is also related to #233
I believe that the decision on these two issues should be made together. I don't believe that multiple labels for the same thing should exist.

from an implementation standpoint I'd like to see 'frontend' button also match 'front-end' as there are thousands of results for each. Same goes for 'backend' and 'back-end'.
