Issue Description

We need to investigate the APP-SRE service offboarding process to ensure we have all the information for the product registry take down (#1681).

Acceptance Criteria

  • Communicate with the App-SRE team about service offboarding process
  • Investigate app interface changes needed to be done
  • Add any addition step to Take down the product registry #1681 that is missing from offboarding process

**Important** Ensure that any steps added to #1681 only applies to the product devfile registry and not the community devfile registry, which is still active and maintained.
