#itookapicture: Photography challenge / theme

Recently we talked in #itookapicture about a bot feature that does the following:

1. gives a weekly 'theme' for photography and encourages people to take pictures on theme
2. responds to bot theme or bot photography challenge or similar commands (probably only in the #itookapicture channel though)
3. optional long description of the theme maybe?
4. when you upload a picture you can tag it in such a way that the bot knows you're submitting it to the weekly theme.
5. at the end of the week the bot collects all the submitted photos and adds them to a database/archive for historical browsing.
6. maybe there could be a command like bot show [user]'s submissions or something.
7. perhaps these photos can have a front-end photo browsing interface on devict.org!
