Stopping me from doing this now is the following error message:

Seems to be a typical quota problem. Have you already submitted a quota increase request?

Since this is a AKS/quota issue, can I please ask Azure to take this over?

We want to create a cluster through the az aks create command, that can be used to schedule the Kubernetes configuration file https://github.com/devitocodes/daks/blob/master/dask-cluster.yaml and is big enough so all the pods get scheduled on to a node.
