The tutorial wiki generation involves some changes that has to be done for the tutorials.

The name of the function nextKatacodaStep has been changed to make it clearer that there is no functional content allowed.

1. use a higher header level for Prerequisites and Learning goals.
2. the title ### setup your workspace will be in the description text of the step, use the option to set a step title.
3. remove the katacodasyntax from createNewBranch.md and localTesting.md. Use the functions and write the commands into index.asciidoc and convert the files to asciidoc.
4. save alternativeSyntax.md, pushTutorial.md, createPullRequest1.md, createPullRequest2.md, pushTutorial.md as asciidoc.
5. use a higher header level for Create the tutorial in index.asciidoc and maybe use the option to set a step title.
6. use a higher header level for Test your tutorial locally in localTesting.md.
7. add a newline for the list in createPullRequest1.md
