Problem on Delete Element and Insert Element #418

There are 2 different issues:

DELETE Element from a list:
When I try to delete an element, the popup that appear is "blank" without any button, even if the button are present, but not visible:

Insertion of Element with problem of VALIDATION
When I try to insert an element in the list, and there are some VALIDATION problem, doesn't appear any warning popup to alert the user:

Please provide me a backend details, as I have checked, there is a backend end point, that is localhost:8081.

Provide me a link or codes to run the backend,
