Add a flag to suppress backend_config and variables from the PR comment

We are currently using github secrets to pass values to the workflow and we noticed that when it comments the output to the PR is shows the value of the secrets.

Could a flag please be added to not suppress showing the backend_config and variables from the automated comment? I think this in not possible yet in the current codebase

You can use the 'label' input to prevent variables and backend config from appearing in the comment.

In v1.31.0 terraform variables that are marked sensitive will be masking PR comments.
