Enable configuring global settings for filters & triggers

Hey,
I've noticed that for any new URL to watch, I'm developing an habit to always go in Edit -> Watch instead of Watch because I've my preferred defaults for filters & triggers which fit well with how I use changedetection. I was wondering if there is a way to preset some of those settings by default at global level for all future watches because having to repeat the same actions for every URL is painful.

Examples of changes I always make to filters & triggers:
Under "Text filtering":

• Uncheck "Replaced/changed lines"
• Uncheck "Removed lines"
• Check "Only trigger when unique lines appear"

It would be handy to have a global settings page for such defaults, maybe allow to configure few different settings for different needs, something like a template so it would be easy to update groups of related watches with same changes (especially useful if you watch a lot of URL of a specific website and they change the HTML elements on all those pages, and you want to exclude the same elements for tens of watches).
