First, thanks for creating this useful tool for circRNA research! :)
as discussed at GCB 2019, here a small yet really helpful feature request!
the idea here would be to include a parameter to also include primers for the linear mRNA of the same gene (host ) of any circRNA for which primers can be designed.
In theory this should be easy, the target is here to find any primer in the same gene that does not intersect the circRNA sequence of interest. This could help in the wet-lab setup for validation of said circRNA candidates.

that's a function is already in planning as we also could use it for our wet lab validations. However, right now I cannot promise a timeline for when I will have time to implement the feature.
