Anonymization algorithm now fully conforms to the Diffix Elm specification.
Setup packages are NOT signed.

Version 1.0.0

Combine suppressed bins into a special * bin.
Added support for simple low-effect detection (LED).
Fixed decimal form inputs causing anonymization failure.
