Update map server work with updated designs

Update PR with new designs

For the first version of the map server, some of the initial designs will not be included.

There is an open PR that should be rebased first, and then design updates applied.

To Do

• Rebase PR
• Get Styles
• Take out offline areas off the cards (see first image below)
• Take out offline areas off the Map info page (see second image below)
• Replace Map info page with updated designs (Nov 1 2022 => No new designs but Sabella is working on it)
