Can we change the prompt so that we return addresses for counseling services instead of direct answers? Many Integreat pages contain addresses for counseling services and it is (a major) goal of Integreat to provide information where to get detailed counseling. However, not all pages are guaranteed to contain a goto address.

We COULD investigate if modifying the prompt works, somewhere along

Summarize the context to answer the question. Include addresses in your answer if personal counseling options exist.

If prompting does not work well, we could try storing counselling addresses in a different datastore linked to their respective pages. If a page is retrieved and summarized by the model, a cross-check can be performed to retrieve the counselling address if present and attach it to the response.

If counselling service contact details are essential, this approach can be more deterministic and consistent.

True, the Integreat CMS does already have dedicated models for Points of Contact. That means we can indeed fetch the data in a structured way, maybe even without invoking an LLM at all.
